MY STORY

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, doctor of social work, and psychotherapist who prides herself on providing skills, techniques, and guidance for a fulfilled personal life. I want to assist you in building resilience and giving you the tools to self heal. 
In my own personal healing journey I have found many things that have assisted me in making sustainable changes in my interpersonal relationships, the relationship with myself and the world around me. I am here to spread that information in hopes I can assist individuals in making their own long lasting changes.
